Yes! GoGetter is one app that has two different modes – a Customer Mode designed specifically for clients who want to book events with providers, and a Provider Mode designed for people who want to make money selling their services. It’s possible to be both a customer and a provider from the same account!
GoGetter is a free app for everyone to download and use. For more info, please see our pricing page.
When you sign up for the app, you’ll be asked if you want to sign up as a provider. You’ll be taken to a secure screen where you need to agree to the terms and conditions, provide your information, and set up your services. The process involves 5 easy steps and doesn’t take long to complete. Once you’ve been approved by GoGetter (usually within the same business day), your services will be live on the platform and you can start making money.
It depends. On average, most of our provider applicants get a response within the same business day.
GoGetter provides free payouts to our providers every week on Mondays. If you need the payout faster, you can get paid on demand (on any day) for a small fee of 50 cents per payout.
Most types of services work great on the GoGetter app. For a comprehensive list, please use the search tab in the app. The services that tend to work best are the ones that have a finite time table (a clear, consistent start and end time for the service), such as lessons, tutoring sessions and classes. If you don’t see your service listed, please contact us at support@gogetter.app and our Review Team can add your service.
No! GoGetter is designed so you can sell as many services as you want from a single account. Once you’re approved to be a provider, adding another service is really easy.
No! GoGetter lets you add as many clients and customers as you want.
Yes! You can create multiple locations for the same service. You can also create Client Chosen Locations, where the clients may choose any location within the travel radius that you specify (e.g. a provider traveling to a client’s home for piano lessons, babysitting, etc.).
GoGetter gives you multiple ways to stay in touch with clients, and vice-versa. Internal messaging, text message, email and phone calls are all supported by the GoGetter app.
Yes. GoGetter gives you the option to set your own cancellation policies and charge your clients. In the case of a dispute, GoGetter will hold the payment in escrow and release it after final arbitration by our Review Team.
Yes! It’s as easy as flipping a switch. When you’re ready to start selling your services again, everything is right there for you without you having to do any extra work. Just flip the switch again and you’re back in business!
THIS FEATURE IS COMING SOON. GoGetter is designed to scale up if you have a group of providers that you manage. This means that as an organization owner, you can get paid a percentage of your staff’s earnings, etc. For more information, please contact us at support@gogetter.app.
Yes. GoGetter doesn’t lock you into any contracts, so you can cancel at any time without penalty or hassle. Please review our Terms of Service for more detailed information.
All information that GoGetter collects is encrypted and secure. Customers only need to give their names, email and date of birth when they sign up. For the safety of all users, GoGetter uses Persona to verify the identity of all providers that use the GoGetter app. For more info, please view our privacy policy.
